PROJECT: RESIDENCE, 1100SQFT

LOCATION: BEACH ROAD

Alabaster was the given name for this house for its white form and a primary experience of beauty and pureness. Led by the enjoyment of simple things of the owner, white tones were introduced thorough the house, yet giving it a depth with the mixing of different graceful textures of snow whites. Much unadorned and muted, light colors and wood were sparsely placed around the house,

Like Alabaster, minerals of different tones can be found within the stone. The furniture were a selection of gentle differences; solid wood mixed with fabric and velvet for a meek blend of textuality. The dining chairs and dining lights are thin and see-through, creating lightness and translucency.
