PROJECT: COMMUNITY, 3,500 SQFT

A communal space for elderly and kids, one that encourages community interaction for multi generation. Kelly was inspired to fused with colors and shapes, vibrant hues and patterns to integrate the different generations together.

Open shelving of staggering patterns and lighting that enhances playfulness and dynamism, one that attracts the kids, and one that brightens the mood for the elders.

Pitch house forms were explored across the Library that allows community arts to be displayed, and at other time, also as a point of interest for kids to mingle. Brick walls for the bakery hall were refashioned into geometry patterns in ivory white. Pastries Counter was brightened with green falling leaves and pattern brown shapes to create an evergreen.
