Tinashe Hatendi

Tinashe Hatendi is a Singapore-based senior commercial and growth executive with over 18 years of experience spanning Asia Pacific, EMEA and the Americas.

His expertise sits at the intersection of design, real estate, infrastructure, investment and international business development. He has worked extensively with developers, investors, governments, institutions and strategic partners to originate opportunities, develop markets and build high-value cross-border relationships.

Prior to joining K2SD, Tinashe was Director of Business Development Asia at RIOS, leading business development and market expansion across Asia Pacific. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of Business Development at Surbana Jurong, covering Asia Pacific, EMEA and the Americas, with a focus on major urban, infrastructure and real estate opportunities.

Earlier in his career, he worked across private wealth, banking and investment, bringing a broader commercial understanding of capital, investment decision-making and long-term value creation.

At K2SD, Tinashe leads strategic growth, international market development and relationship development across Asia Pacific, EMEA and selected international markets, connecting design and development opportunities with investors, developers, hospitality groups, family offices and strategic partners.

He holds an MBA from Murdoch University and is based in Singapore.
