At its heart is Samgyetang , a slow-cooked ginseng chicken soup and a beloved Boyang-sik , a restorative dish crafted to strengthen the body and renew vitality. Prepared with natural ingredients and deep respect for tradition, each bowl offers a clarity of flavour that is both comforting and enduring.

The space reflects this philosophy through a modern interpretation of Hanok architecture. Warm timber, gentle proportions, and a calm spatial rhythm create an environment that feels both welcoming and composed.
